Coaching Approaches

We focus on a mix of client-driven and educational coaching. You are capable of knowing what you want and need, but sometimes need some guidance finding the right answer. Sometimes you were never taught the tools you need for success. Here we honor your wants, needs and wishes, while giving you tools to help you accomplish your ideal life and self.

This is an unconditional and confidential zone. Anything you say will be met with a lens of understanding and, of course, confidentiality.

If anything isn’t working for you at any point, we can rewire and reroute to discover your true needs and wants.

I want you to feel comfortable coming into every session whether or not you were able to deliver on your goals for the next session. If you weren’t able, then the more reason we should talk about it to see where the block is or if it was just the wrong tool for you.

All sessions are virtual only and available to worldwide clients.

  • Month 01 / Looking within

    Month One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be. Creating new systems that work.

  • Month 02 / Yes to Self

    On Month Two we shift our focus to if you’re honoring your own time or others time. By diving deeper in, we will see how you are saying no to yourself - and how we can change that into a yes.

  • Month 03 / Excitement for Future

    Month Three is when you’ll really start to feel your hard work paying off. Now we focus on appreciation for your hard work and the people you love in your life. Then, what’s the exciting next goal?

program structure

This program offers 12 one-on-one private sessions. Clients will have a 45-minute to one hour session with Red on an aspect of your life you want to focus on. We’ll figure out the part of your life asking for the most nourishment and that will be our 90-day focus. If you’re a busy professional and once a week is too much, inquire for more and we can make a plan that works best for you.
