Culture Shock Management

Moving to a new country comes with a slew of challenges. Learning a language, completely redesigning what you understood as polite, and handling the intensity of the drop into disliking or even hating your new life. This is all normal and a natural process of culture shock. You can come back to an equilibrium of acceptance and even enjoyment of your new life.
